Mechanical Ventilation FCV Cricath®

The Cricath is a sterile, single-use catheter designed to perform emergency percutaneous cricothyroidotomy in patients with an inaccessible airway.

It allows for rapid establishment of a temporary airway to ensure oxygen delivery until definitive airway control is achieved.

The combination of the Cricath® Transtracheal Catheter with the Ventrain® Manual Ventilator is the first and only emergency ventilation device on the market that, using a 2 mm internal diameter catheter inserted through the cricothyroid membrane, can perform complete ventilation (oxygenation and CO₂ elimination).

This synergy offers a unique and effective alternative to traditional jet ventilation techniques, providing safe airway control in critical situations.
