The Bougie or Exchanger is a flexible, semi-rigid introducer designed to facilitate endotracheal intubation in patients with difficult or complicated airways.

It is used as a guide over which the endotracheal tube is introduced, either blindly or under laryngoscopic vision.

The minimum purchase order quantity for the product is 10.
  • Material: Semi-rigid, durable, airway-compatible polymer. Disposable, latex-free, and radiopaque.
  • Length: Between 60 and 80 cm (adults), pediatric version also available.
  • Outer Diameter: Various gauges for various endotracheal tube sizes.
  • Distal Tip: Angled (Coudé) to facilitate entry into the trachea. Straight (also available).
  • Smooth, lubricated surface: Facilitates gliding and reduces trauma.
  • Depth markings: To control insertion and ensure proper placement.
  • Safety: Low pressure point tip, visible on x-rays.
  • Visibility: Highly visible color and additional markings for easy identification.
  • Presentation: Individually wrapped, 10 units per box.
